The EA/Maxis “Hipster Mosaic” wall tiles have long been some of my favourites for kitchens and bathrooms in The Sims 2, but as is often the case, I need more variety. So here are a bunch of different colours for ya! I have given the walls a slight gradient, maybe to imitate a glossy sheen… I don’t know how successful it is, but I do think they are very pretty regardless. There are a bunch of floor tiles to match the walls, some walls have 2 sets of tiles to match them. Collection file is included, goes in your “collections” folder. Hope you enjoy!

P.S, if you would like to download the house, you can do so by clicking this link. The house is unfurnished apart from basic fixtures – bathrooms, kitchen, and basic beds for the bedrooms. The lot costs around 48,000 simoleons, and is situated on a 2 x 4 lot. This version requires pretty much ALL Sims 2 Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs, except for The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff, and Teen Style Stuff, which I don’t have, but I will rebuild it using few EP’s and post it later.  |  downloaded 812 times

Today I have for you some wood siding to match the shingles I made for the earlier “Arts and Crafts” set (which you can download separately) They come in a horizontal orientation, and vertical, for something a bit different! They are not traditional “weatherboard” style, but more like cedar cladding. Available in all the colours of the shingles, plus some bonus wood tones. Colours are shown on the image. If anyone is interested in the lot, I can put that up for download too! These walls SHOULD be mac compatible, I hope!

So, guess who’s in love with art deco right now? Its all because of the Mansion and Garden Stuff Pack, right? Here’s a small set of wallpapers in the art deco style. Today I update with 3 sets of wallpapers and paints. I have decided to only do Apartment Life compatible crown moldings for this set, because to be honest, I am a little bit lazy, and doing everything twice was giving me a rash. But don’t let that stop you from downloading them! They’ll look awesim in any configuration of the Sims 2 that you have installed.

Each set contains a Prisima Art Deco style wallpaper – by itself, and with some snazzy white boards in 2 heights (the highest one is approximately door and window height, and the other is about counter height), along with 4 matching paints per set, each with the same board options. There are 3 colours, Yellowy tan, Green and Purple. Please note that the wall colours may vary slightly from the swatches, it really depends on what sort of lighting you have in your game (trust me I really tried to get an accurate preview pic.. it was hard!) Anyway, check them out!

And last but not least, a cute little fully furnished (with mostly maxis furniture) Craftsman Bungalow for your simmies to enjoy all their new stuff in. This house looks small, but it has 3 pretty big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and dining rooms, and a pretty respectable sized living room. You could convert the downstairs bedroom into an office or play room or WHATEVER! There is also a large basement, and a small garden in the yard. Minimal landscaping is done, with plenty of room to add your touches. This house is on a 2×2 lot. To see pictures of the house, click here!

The bungalow utilises a lot of my recolours that I have listed individually, but in some cases these recolours weren’t packaged with the house, so you’ll need to download them separately. My apologies for that! Packaging lots is annoying and stupid, so don’t blame me :D

EP’s required:
I have all EP’s and all SP’s up to Apartment Life, so I think it probably needs all those… Use the Clean Installer to install.
