I fell in love with this arch as soon as I saw it.. and I know I’m not the only one! So obviously, variety being the spice of life and all, I had to make some snazzy recolours of it. I spent some time shading and highlighting the texture and I think it’s come out pretty well, but obviously thats up to you to decide! And last but not least, a cute little fully furnished (with mostly maxis furniture) Craftsman Bungalow for your simmies to enjoy all their new stuff in. This house looks small, but it has 3 pretty big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and dining rooms, and a pretty respectable sized living room. You could convert the downstairs bedroom into an office or play room or WHATEVER! There is also a large basement, and a small garden in the yard. Minimal landscaping is done, with plenty of room to add your touches. This house is on a 2×2 lot. To see pictures of the house, click here!

The bungalow utilises a lot of my recolours that I have listed individually, but in some cases these recolours weren’t packaged with the house, so you’ll need to download them separately. My apologies for that! Packaging lots is annoying and stupid, so don’t blame me :D

EP’s required:
I have all EP’s and all SP’s up to Apartment Life, so I think it probably needs all those… Use the Clean Installer to install.
