Hey guys! Here I am with another set for you :)
Included in the set is the Mid Century style secretary desk, the matching chair, the oversized table lamp (which also looks really good on the floor!), and a little deco sculpture. *Please note, if you were one of the few people who downloaded the desk file before I took it down, please re-download, I have fixed some problems and the objects look much better now. I haven’t updated the screenshots though, lol, but trust me, everything is great now!).
As with my last desk, it is slightly narrower than an EA desk, so some of the slots do go off the edges, but I will fix that problem when we are able to. There are some other niggly things that I won’t mention (lol) that I will fix when I am able to as well. Hopefully this isn’t such a downer for you guys!

I have the expansion pack, and so far it hasn’t caused any problems. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t cause blue lots, but I haven’t noticed it so far. The set was made using the TSRW, for those who are interested.

First of all I want to thank you for all the great stuff you’ve put out for TS3 so far. :) I think I’ve downloaded pretty much everything and loved it, but I’m usually too shy to leave comments.
The reason I’m commenting now is I’ve run into a problem. :\ I tried downloading the desk and lamp from this set but they won’t show up in my game. I’ve tried both the .package files and the .sims3packs with no luck. I have the same problem with the Sutter desk, all your stuff from before that works perfectly. I don’t know what’s wrong, don’t know if you can fix it, but if you could that would make me really, inordinately, super-duper happy. My game is unpatched and un-World Adventure’d, in case that information is useful.

Hi Ceclilia! I’m sorry you are having troubles with my objects! Unfortunately the only thing I can think of that would be the problem is that your game is unpatched.
If anyone else has had any problems with these files, please comment with any information you can provide (Ie, is your game patched or not, WA or not) Thanks :)

Hi.
I also have some problems like Cecilia does. I installed your newest objects, but with the blue world issue and error 16 and some other saving errors, I got pissed and reinstalled my game without WA and without 1.6 or 1.7 patch :(
So I only have my game patched at 1.4 and your objects don’t show in the game. The problem is the patch version. Argh… I don’t want to install the new patch again. lol (But I miss the possibility of changing fences, stairs colors now.)

I think it is because the objects were made with the TSR workshop, and I’m *pretty sure* that it requires games to be patched.. I’m sorry! :(

Yep, I finally got around to patching and now they work. They look great in-game; the lamp, especially, is very cool. Thank you! :)
(Also, thank you, EA, for putting everything that could make me want to buy the EP (new CAS sliders, new rooves, new patterns) in the patch. How generous of you~.)

I freaking ♥ the fact that you make your creations as sims3.packs now! How brilliant hun! I’ve been trying to shy away from .packages just so that I can be a tad bit more organized this go-round. (Unlike TS2) hehe.
I’m intrigued that I can actually visualize all cc in my game through the launcher. It really makes for easier installs & uninstalls as time goes by and my dl folder decides to go on a diet. *giggles*

Thanks for providing your CC in .sims3pack as well. I prefer when I can install them through the launcher, since with my actual computer config and unpatched game, this format seems to work better.

I can’t download the desk and chair file, mediafire keeps giving me a ’server has timed out’ message after I get the ‘your download is starting’ message :( This isn’t happening with any of the other files.

I can’t download this set. Media Fire keeps saying there is a connection problem. I’m on cable and downloading other sites as I’m writing this so it isn’t me – there must be a problem with the files.Judging by the comments, this is a recent issue. I really, really would love to have this item in my game….maybe you can take a look?

Hi, it’s not a problem with the files, if its a connection problem then it is a mediafire issue, perhaps they have a lot of traffic at that time and it can’t connect. All I can suggest is to keep trying :)

I wanted to say that your creations are GORGEOUS! I’ve been needing items to fit the midcentury mod look, and didn’t think I’d find them. I’m so glad you’re sharing your items! I did want to say, however, that I am having the same problem as Columbia93. The Desk/Chair file for this set will not download. I’ve tried several times, and MediaFire just won’t cooperate. :(
